Treatment Approach
I use a variety of therapeutic frameworks to address my clients’ unique needs. We will work together to explore what techniques and tools work best for you as we develop a tailored treatment plan. Additionally, all sessions will include a self-care check-in and evaluation. Spending a few minutes weekly reflecting on self-care can influence thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that may be negatively impacting your day-to-day life.

Education & Credentials:
A graduate from Troy University with a Masters in Mental Health Counseling, I have more than two years of experience working in community-based mental health practices. I have particular experience in helping patients dealing with stress, feelings of being overwhelmed, ADHD, anxiety and depression.
I provide a direct approach to counseling after I take the time to get to know my clients. I continually seek to improve my clinical skills via online classes, lectures, and both local and national conferences.
